In 1996, Meadow Valley Corporation formed Ready Mix, Inc. ("RMI") as a wholly owned subsidiary. Since then, RMI has expanded to include four concrete batching facilities in Las Vegas, NV area, and three batch plants in Phoenix, AZ metro area. Its fleet of modern and
well-maintained ready mix trucks provide timely delivery of high quality concrete to its customers. RMI's customers include concrete subcontractors, prime contractors, homebuilders, commercial and industrial property developers, pool builders, and homeowners.
RMI operates a pit in Lee Canyon, NV and a quarry in Moapa, NV from which it manufactures most of the rock and sand used in its Nevada batching facilities. Products from this quarry are of superior quality and help provide RMI's ready mix concrete with consistent finishing and setting characteristics.
